I only saw two 1930's silk blouses in my life. Most of them have colorful embroidery. I know 70s did replicate this style too. Not use if it is 1930's or not.
Again, really pretty. It's almost like blackwork, imitating Tudor embroidery. There were a lot of 'ethnic' blouse styles in the late 1930s - mostly inspired by Central and Eastern European folk dress. this fits in with that trend.
