1940s or 1950s bag care

Hi, all! Have this vintage bag and unfortunately I believe my eyeliner got onto the fabric! Any ideas on how to clean?

Also wondering if anyone thinks otherwise on the bag! Still learning

Please take this with the caveat that I'm not an expert, but if you have a facial cleanser that removes makeup, maybe that might be something to try? Facial cleansers have to be gentle so I'd guess might be effective without damaging the fabric. Just an uneducated thought.

Agree with Plousia, I'd start with a make up remover wipe.
