that's what the (handwritten yard sale) tag claimed anyway. I can't not buy pretty wedding dresses and I love this one and its in nice condition (except needing a steam badly) Do you guys think 1940s is accurate? it is all buttons (no zippers anywhere) and the hem has a metal thing sewn in for a hoop skirt effect. I tried to get some pics of the inside/seams as well. thanks for any thoughts!
