1950s/1960s purse?

I found a neat vinyl(?) purse out thrifting yesterday and I am fairly certain it is from the 1950s/1960s based on shape and style. I would love to see if any of you have an idea as I am not sure. Any feedback or ideas will be helpful. I always appreciate any information you guys have to share. Thanks!

I concur with Mary Jane - 1940s.
I was even shocked to see vinyl purses like this in some late 30s catalogs awhile back - I wouldn't have pegged many of them for 30's at all... so I suppose that's possible, too!

Even older than I thought! Thanks for your help. I'm going to go research 1930s/1940s vinyl purses now!

I think those colours were popular on purses, I see them a lot on telephone cord purses from the 1940s. Great purse by the way!
