1960? 1950? vintage bow hat

Hello, does anyone here know about hats and can help me, which decade this hat is from? The large bow and bubble-style shape suggest the 1960s, but the label, craftsmanship, and style make me wonder if it could be older (1950s?). Thank you in advance!

Its a lovely hat. While I am leaning to the early 1960s, it could possibly be very late 1950s when bubble toque hats started to come into fashion when women's hair styles were changing to upswept bouffant styles. Its not quite a bubble hat, more of a soft souffle toque (at least that's what I call them).
