1960s or 1970s? Bonnie Cashin Sills Plaid Coat & Skirt

I've found similar Cashin plaids being sold as 60's and 70's. VFG resource labels for 60's & 70's are very similar also. I'm stuck with late 60's to early 70's. Are there some defining features I'm not seeing that would place it in one decade or the other? Your comments are much appreciated!

I would go with the 70s, mainly due to the length.

I was leaning toward 70's because of length also, but needed some support...
