Hi Everyone,
I originally was thinking late 60s or early 70s despite there being something 'newer' feeling about this dress.
The care label is unfamiliar to me.
It's not really that clear from the photo but the cuff and hem are 'crystal' (?) or accordion pleated which is partly what makes me think 70s....that pseudo troubadour look....there is one label in resource that looks like it from 60s 70s too.
