A friend of mine has a literal stack of mid 70's rugby jerseys from all over the world. His uncle was both a player and assistant coach in the 70's and traded nearly a hundred of his US jerseys for jerseys from players all over the world.

Nearly all of them are game worn, some quite nastily so since they're permanently stained with sweat-blood-dirt and a few are ripped.

The majority are national jerseys though some bear tournament patches and piping. A few are world cup jerseys.

I'm interested in buying these from him and probably reselling many of them. What do you think these would bring in & where would be the best place to sell them?

Fawkes, I recommend that you contact some sporting memorabilia forums or experts - as vintage clothing, the damaged garments are worth little. Their value lies in their collectable value and finding the target market will be of benefit.
