1970s boots??

Hey guys, picked up these cute boots(and they fit me woohoo!) They are 100% leather except for the string and thread they're sewn together by. They are not lined inside at all just all leather. There is no label or writing on them anywhere. Are these 1970s minnetonka boots(dont know if I spelled that right) or are they newer?

MInnetonkas would be labelled (I have a pair in the collection and they have labels on the inside seam of the leg) However these look like the same thing - might be a knock-off. Certainly look 70s.
