1970's Coat? Belt feeds into the inside

Hi everyone!

What I have looks like a 1970's coat. No labels. Just want reassurance, I suppose. Is it common for the belt to feed into the inside of the coat?

Not common, but I have seen a number of coats with a similar belt, more usually on a coat with a swing back. Some people may like the unfitted back better. Nice classic coat.
