1970's Day Dress

Can use a little help in describing this dress. It has a v-neck top and the skirt part is opened in the front sort of with a pleat-like on the front. The brand name is "On Time" with an ILGWU red, white & blue with the numbers 323603 and above the numbers is ABOR.

Bias cut 3 tone brown colour block cocktail dress.

I don't see this as day wear at all, I see it as an after 5 number.
