Hi Lauren,
I wore shoes much like this pair in the early 90s. I suspect that is the era, but someone else better come along and back that up because I'm not sure if they couldn't be newer.

I remember Aldo in the mall was THE shoe store in the 90s. And like Maggie, I wore shoes similar to them during that time. Another vote for early 90s!
