2 labels on vintage coat

I have a vintage coat with two labels. Is one label the maker and the other the store/seller? I’ve searched online but have only found examples of coats from each of these brands separately, not together. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I would think Lewis is the store and Lorendale by Bromleigh is the brand.

Jen is correct, Wm. A. Lewis was a shop. I found this ad (with questionable taste in wording!) from the Chicago Tribune, Aug 23, 1959

Maybe late 60s or early 70s?
