20s Look Dress - 70s?

This dress is made from a floral embossed rayon satin, drop
waist, beaded lace neck insert with pin tucks, 4 button back neck closure and a small scallop hem on the skirt.

20s styling, but much newer - would you say 70s? No labels.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks late 70s, very early 80s to me. Nice detailing!

80's here, too, with that sleeve profile. They look like a small or modified dolman, which would be 80's. Great dress!
