2nd opinion on early 19th century dress

Hi, I believe this lovely brown silk dress is early 1800s, or could it be slightly earlier? What would you guess for approx. value? Condition is super!! (a fingertip spot & a few pin holes) Thanks!! ( Hope picture posts, seem to be having trouble )
