3 Dresses- Date and Description Help

Just sorting through my recent finds. I have three with no tags that I am not positive on the date. The first green one appears to be silk with silver threads and has a metal, talon zipper. The black one is a satin brocade with a gold, YKK metal zipper. The second green one is a light cotton and has a silver, metal zipper marked marvel. Any description or date help would be appreciated. Thank you!

guessin 50s (mint green cotton) late 50s possibly early 60s black brocade and early 60s? on last green one? i keep going back and forth between 50s and 60s on this on though....

any of them have diamond shaped seams on the underarms? if so the deffinately 50s..... the last silk one? with metallic threads would be lame' good ebay key word and the more i look atr it the more i think later 50s?

but still a newbie... i would count on trade members responses first!
 
Thank you for your help. No diamond shaped seams in the underarms. Both green dresses are set-in sleeves and the black has raglan sleeves.

Thanks again! I was thinking 50s for the two green dresses and was completely unsure on the black.
 
Do they have zips and if so are they nylon or metal and where are they positioned? I've learnt from the VFG ... zips can help in dating, but u prob know that already!

I see anywhere from late 50's to early 60's on all 3. The black dress seems to have dolman sleeves as opposed to raglan sleeves which attach nearer to the collar and further into the bust. Very pretty, especially the black one which should do very well with the upcoming holidays if you will be putting it up for sale :spin:
 
Thank you all for your help, everyone is always so helpful. I have gained so much knowledge from this site! Yes, these will be going up for sale shortly. I would love to keep them, especially the black one, but it does not fit me :no:
