3 Evening dresses dating query .. 50's & earlier?

Hi Everyone,

My previous post isn't showing up on my computer for some reason so I'm reposting these two gorge dresses for your dating estimates.

Purple iridescent rayon evening gown with collared halterneck and side metal zipper. The waist had been awfully altered by hand and my seamstress Mum has now restored it back to it's intended line, so ignore the raised center waist in the pic! Small stitched pleats to the skirt and a thin boned strip to each side seam at the bodice, removed piece of possible baleen? pictured.
What does everyone think of the design era-wise?

Second is a shimmering crisp rayon type full length dress, with covered button front and long sleeves with turn back cuffs. Slightly higher waist as I've seen on similar dresses from the late 40s, and matching covered shoulderpads.

Last is a black silk taffeta evening frock with strips of ruching around the bodice and skirt and lovely bow detail. It is constructed in panels with unusual shaping that I haven't come accross before, I hope the photos show what I'm talking about! My Mum thinks it might be very early, like Victorian.. I have no idea on that she might be going mad.. She's going on the body shaping.
The current fastening is a metal zip, but isn't original as it is much longer than the opening.
