30’s-50’s Nylon Dress? Maybe?

Older dress with floral details and crochet knit buttons and it goes a little past the knee. The interior fabric feels like nylon/cotton blend. Any info is appreciated!

it looks like a combination of cotton pique and sheer batiste with machine embroidery? Neat! looks 1950s to me.
