30\'s? sweet Eyelet Lace Dress

Picked this up yesterday. I couldn't resist, although she will need some work. It feels very delicate, snaps under arm, sweet little peplum and bias hem. I was pretty sure it is a 30's piece, would you agree?

I'd guess 1929-1932. When they were transitioning from short, low waisted flapper dresses to the longer 30s dresses.

Very sweet dress, I would definitely say early 30s. It would make a lovely wedding dress for a garden party styled wedding, I can just see it with a wide brimmed hat trimmed in silk organza flowers!
