40s heels?

Hi,
I am a noob when it comes to dating shoes.
The brand is "Hollywood Starlets".
I tried look up Hollywood Starlets but the results were old Hollywood movie stars.

I would have to see the heels to be more specific, but this is a pretty generic style of evening shoe that could date anywhere from 1937 to 1952

Thank you. I'm having trouble narrowing the date on these three photos: do you have any that show the label and the buckle, please? I concur with Jonathan in that they could be between the late '30s to early '50s but need more information.
