Hello! I have this beautiful pale pink dress with lace and cutout bodice. Do you think it is from the 40's? Thank you!

Oh, that is pretty, and does look 40s to me. It would have had shoulder pads, do you see any thread remnants on the shoulder seam inside?

My tag is from this 50s party dress on my website. Of course, even if the label is identical, it might have been used through the 40s and 50s.

I see 40s here as well, I would say pre 1946.

Are the sleeves cut as part of the bodice? From the pictures they look cap. Is that a keyhole closure at the back? What is the zip? That skirt is pretty sheer and that nude colour? I think this is early 50's but it may be useful if you can post the label.

the sleeves are connected to the bodice. Key hole back, yes slightly sheer, and the label is just like the one above! Thank you.
