40\'s or 50\'s on Beller Blouses of California?

It's a sweet candy pink with brown trim, in what I think is rayon fabric. No TESS info on Beller, and no google info to be found...

I found a couple of references for a Julian Beller who was a women's sportswear designer and designed blouses in California 1951-1959

Didn't have any more info that that though.
