40s Suit?

Hi all

This is the first suit I've come across! After looking at other suits, I'm leaning toward 40s. Also, I'm thinking this is called twill? Any help would be great as usual. Thanks!

I agree - looks like '40's to me and it does look like a twill weave. Very nice!
