50's/60's Crown Brand Vintage Glass Buttons Loop Collar

Thinking 50's/60's. Looks like some kind of content/care label but also has those glass buttons. It doesn't look like a reproduction so was curious what you guys think. Also the loop has a bit of a sheen to it so I was thinking some kind of synthetic. Could not find any other piece with a similar label or articles about the brand.
