i have this super cool dotted swiss Lucy dress with a round collar detailed with a bow, puffy sleeves, tulle underskirt and super cute sleeve cuffs.

the label is Hillary Hills. Is anyone familiar with this label ?

and would this be a 50's or 60's dress ?

Oh wow, what a cool dress and the color makes it classy....

I can't help on the dating or the label, sorry. But the collar is not something I have really seen before and I am very interested in knowing what it would be called.
