50s or 60s little handbag?

Hi Everyone, this little handbag seems to be hovering in my mind bw 50s or 60s? Any thoughts? thanks in advance. Lauren

That's a very pretty little bag! What is the material... it's hard to read on the screen, is it leather or something man-made?

I'm pretty sure it's vinyl but its very nice quality. Here is a VERY close very ugly shot of the seam under one of the handle loop finishers. The handle looks like lucite.

Hmmm... I would associate vinyl more with 60s, but let's see if someone else chimes in.
