50\'s or 60\'s Short Wedding Dress attached Overspray

I got this beauty today at an Estate Sale. I was told it was the Lady's Wedding Dress, didn't even think to ask date, the hat that was with it I passed on looked 50's but this dress looks 60's. It has an attached metallic threads with Op Art Style Jacket. It is attached and cannot be taken off the Sleeveless A-Line dress with darts. My question: Date and what style would you call this? Is MOD a good word to use? Fabric on dress is a rayon/crepe blend, collar and bow and trim are Satin. Thanks any help is appreciated. that is adorable, Hope. i'd say 60's. mod would be a descriptor, and i can TOTALLY see this as a cool vintage wedding dress.

60s....very chic 60s dress. It's borderline mod to me, I tend to see mod more as a mini dress usually with a dropped waist design.
