That's the remains of union label in the seam. I wonder if there's enough of it to give a date range? I'm not so familiar with the union labels but others are.

I believe the big collar is more 1st half of the 1970s than late 60s.

Natural fiber, possibly very thin cotton.

Yes! 1964-1973 just based on what I can gather about the union label.

A trick for finding out the fabric type is to use this page
https://vintagefashionguild.org/fabric-looks-like/

Take whatever is most noticeable about the fabric, which you say is very thin, and try to decide which of these categories it belongs to. Is it sheer or just light? Is it more stiff or more soft?

Then you can look through the list and see what looks most like your fabric.

Much appreciated! Most likely a lawn or muslin. There are small inconsistencies in the fabric much like some linen has.

When I first looked at this thread, I thought late 1960s. I think the collar, when the blouse is on the body and fully buttoned, would be more long than wide like a 70s collar. Reminds me of a Young Edwardian style with 60s pop graphics. The lovely fabric looks more of a 60s fabric also, I might expect synthetics like polyester by the early 70s.
