60s dress, fabric?

I've looked in the fabric listings, but still not sure. It's fairly light weight, & has this puckered effect. Jacquard? I saw Matelasse too? Hm...

Pretty fabric! I definitely see more Matelasse than Jacquard, can you get an even closer close up please? it would help to see exactly how the effect was achieved to categorize it.

Thank you, the close ups show what I thought were woven holes are actually just dimples in the fabric. I do think it is Matelasse:
