After a full day of shopping I finally found this (at a real bargain, no less) and it made my day. This has the same black and silver label as the 1st label on the resource, is a high quality crepe, has separate zippered lining in the bodice and what appears to be the original leather sash.

Would like confirmation this is mid to late 60s. And if anyone has an ad - a long shot, I'm sure - that would be awesome!
