60s handmade wedding dress?

Love this little dress, it is probably a size 4/5.

No interior tags and appears handmade. Cute little hooks attach the back piece. Sorry, I don't have full length photos.

Looks to be inspired by the wonderful Romeo and Juliet movie that came out in the late 60s, with that back piece and those pointed sleeves. Very romantic!
