I think by the hairdo on the hang tag this is 60s, right? Cotton, it has buttons at the top, snaps for the skirt, two pockets and 5 working buttons on each cuffed sleeve.

Yep, looks very 60s to me, Deborah! I love these NWT old nurse's uniforms. So crisp & white. I guess they remind me of my mom, who was an RN and wore the "whites" back then....
