60s or early 70s 'cheongsam' (?) hostess set?

Hi Everyone,
There is only a size tag on this set.
I'm wondering if I'm correct with 60s dating?
Also, would you call this a cheongsam set? Is there a better term for it?

It might be contemporary Vietnamese fashion. That cheongsam style is very popular and has been for a while. I've been seeing a bunch of it in the thrifts, tagged as vintage but it's not. You can sort of tell most by the fabrics used.

The tag definitely looks "vintage" to me and the fabric has a 'older' cottony vibe.

The day glo colors and mod op art style pattern, added with the cotton (?) fabric leads me to think 60s or possibly early 70s. do the pants have a side zip or possibly a back zip? If not, how do they close?

They do have a side zip and I believe it's cotton or cotton/poly.

It looks very 60s to me, including the tag. What a wild print! The pants look easy to wear.

I just don't know... it's such a common style in Vietnam still. But if others think 60s, so be it. Of course if you sent it to me so I can touch it, I would know 100% lol
