60s Purple Boucle Fox Fur Dress Suit & 40s Purple Dress Finally Listed.

It's purple week at Vintage Clothesline.

Been holding onto this suit for awhile because I didn't want to see it go but finally got it listed on Ebay last night.

Here is the purple rayon crepe 40s dress which will go on tonight. Nice and large, too, with a bust of 48 inches and waist of 38!

oh wow!!..linda theres that dress...you were gonna measure for me...l must have missed the posting...

l shall try and bid on it...l love purple..you sure it will fit me? 39/31/41 and going down and down!! l can't see it there..where is it...l want it for christmas party ...if it covers my knees..l'm 5'9"..

Sara, it will probably be too big for you.

The bust is 48 inches but should be worn a little blousey. It has pleats running down the front from each shoulder, if that makes sense.

The waist is 38 inches and there is a side metal zipper. Hips are 45 inches.

Shoulder width back 17 inches. Bodice Length, 17 inches. Skirt length 26 1/4 inches.

You may could have altered but what about the side zipper?
