70's/80's CHR label. Is it Christian Dior?

The dress in question is 100% silk, still has a Marshall Fields tag and has never been worn. Someone once suggested the label was Christian Dior, but I've never been able to find mention of such a Dior label or "CHR" anywhere in my searching. I've occasionally seen other garments for sale of the same label, but their sellers seem equally unclear on the specifics of it.

Thoughts? Is this, or is this not Christian Dior?

Federal Trade Commission records indicate that RN number belongs to National Outerwear:

That trademark is apparently HRC (click on that name) for He-Ro Industries.
