That's such a cute dress! I don't recall the label offhand, but I probably had something with that label in it hanging in my closet in high school--I wore a lot of that sort of style and took junior petite sizing. I think your dress might be late 60s instead of 70s--blue & green was a very popular color combo, as well as the neckline looks more 60-ish. It looks like that period when "dolly" mod, flower child, and hippie/psychedelic fashions were sort of all out there, kind of the ending of one era and the start of another.

My favorite babysitter Kay wore stuff like this. 1968ish. She also had hair to her knees. lol
