70s or 80s? Calvin Klein British Colony of Hong Kong Cord Trousers dating help

Am I looking at 70s or 80s here? Photos aren't great sorry!

Styling & shape look 90’s to Y2K to me. I’m guessing they are mid or low rise.

I don't think I have ever seen the phrase 'made in the British colony of Hong Kong' after the 70s... Calvin Klein only started in about 1970, and Hong Kong went back to China in 1997, so it has to be somewhere in there, but although I agree they look 90s at first look - part of that look was 70s revival... could they be late 70s?
