80s earring?

I really don't know how to identify jewelry? It looks 80s ish to me.
Anyone wants to confirm it for me?

I agree they are 80's style but those earring backs appear to be of the newer sort to me, so someone else may be able to remember if those were around in the 80s. I know rubber/plastic comfort pieces have been on earring backs since at least the 60's - but those wide clear ones I think are fairly recent.

No, Mel, those wide, extra-plastic backing earring backs were definitely around in the 80s. As was I, and big earrings ; ).

Don't know if these earrings are 80s, but the wide discs were popular then because so many of the earrings were too heavy to stay on properly without them.
