80\'s on this Victor Costa? And KW help, please....

I picked this up only cuz of the label, but thought it was kinda "meh" till I put it on the manni. Now I really like it. Velvet shell, dynamite pink satin lining, and a skirt that reminds one of a flamenco look. It is 80s, right, not 90s? Am at a loss for keywords, though... TIA!

Why am I getting an Audrey Hepburn vibe? Love the pink flirty/flippy hem, and my guess is 80s, but I lose it when we get into the 90s....
