80s or 90s on this floral dress?

I was thinking 80s, but now I'm not sure...

It's viscose, by Richards, a UK high street store I remember well. The care label (sorry no pic right now) says, Made in the U.K, which I would think makes it earlier than later.

I vote '80s - if there aren't shoulder pads in there, there were once upon a time.

Great thanks! It was my familiarity with that label that was making me wonder.

I've been trying to find out when they rebranded to Richards from Richard Shops but nothing definite. I think it must have been during the 80s though.
