A 50\'s? Laure model Queenswear skirt

I would like your help to date this for sure rather than just my hunch. Can't find any details on the company or 'Laure' model as yet but the label reminds me of the colourful sorts found pre 60's and the style is 50's full skirt to my mind. Anyone come across it before? I've shown the zip and button fastening but don't recognise the make Pex - they're still producing today - can anyone direct me to a page listing the zip makers and their dates / origins as I've read one somewhere but can't find it anymore though I don't think this one was on it.

That label looks very mid-late 70s. I'm thinking it's that date but has been hemmed up from original length.
 
Original hem? Then closer to mid70s than late70s. Definitely 70s.
