A new addition!

Hello!
Off topic.... but I wanted to share anyways!
Just wanted to show off our newest addition... PICKLES!
He is about a year old, and came from our local RSPCA. He is quite small for his age, and unfortunatly has had a rough start in life. He was found a month ago with a broken tail and broken jaw. Someone just dropped him off in a box at the door of the RSPCA, and he was there overnight before anyone found him.
He is, quite naturally, a shy cat and he is jumpy as well. However, we did get him to come out of his shell a bit by giving him a good brush. I know that we have a ways to go before he trusts us, but my hubby and I are looking forward to helping Pickles!
I've attached a picture of our new guy, he joins Odin, Freya and Clyde. (It looks like there is something wrong with his eye in this picture- there isn't, just a camera fluke!)

What a cute kitty!

Thank you so much fore rescuing him! I bet he'll warm up in no time and it will be difficult for people to believe he had the start he did.

Oh - Poor Pickles - It's so great he ended up in a welcome/loving home. He has had an awful time of it and will just get better and better. I'm with Chris - thank you for rescuing him. My cats - Claw, Mouse Cat, Buster and Claire wave their paws at him....

Awww, Pickles, is so sweet. Bless you for giving him a good home.

We rescued our Tabby many years ago. She came to the back door so little and just skin and bones. I started by putting food on the porch and she would come up and eat but never could touch her until about 6 or 8 months. Now she thinks she owns the house.

AWWWWW.... what more can I say?
Love the name pickles too! Although people might think you are pregnant if you are standing out on the porch screaming "PICKLES! -- PICKLES!"

Poor Pickles! I am so glad you rescued him. I hope his tail and jaw are all better, too. He is adorable. My three furry ones, all rescue kitties, wave their paws in hello. :)
