A Video - More than 100 years old

lol Jonathan that is Romanian roads today!! cars, horse & carts and trams all on the same stretch (plus motorbikes) and you take your life into your own hands when you walk across, similar width of road too.
 
Beautiful! One thing I immediately recognised though was Stadtbahn in Berlin - the elevated railway. Still exists, and some stations still retain a lot of what seems to be their original look:

And then there is this station, which has been renovated and even features some vintage-style ads, signs and wooden kiosks:

Wonderful! I do have to comment that the man who posted it is wrong about the date being 1900. On quite a number of scenes it is a few to as much as 10 years later, and 1 lady's attire and hat is most definitely around 1913 maybe even 1914. So as that lady is smiling at the camera, Germany is just months away from invading their neighbors, declaring war and afflicting terror and death on the countries around them. I am sure it was not a future that these people wanted, but it soon to happen and it is sad to look at the faces and think about that. I am of German heritage, but I realize this fact as I watch it with a mix of emotions.
