I did notice that it cautions that it is not food safe dye...so eat at your own risk or hollow out. I am so doing these as well!

Also, I read about the dye thing... if the eggs don't crack during boiling thne no dye should go beyond the shell, especially if you buy farm fresh thick eggs not the cheap poor genetic mutated hen eggs that come in at 99 dent a doz..... and if u crack it open and its dye free I think u r safe... and if its not... well chunk it I suppose or save the youl n e ways to make deviled eggs later... yum yum!

Ps.. I hope to try this too... we shall see!!!
