Advice on coat.. type and date? I am stumped!

I originally thought it was a native american pattern and 60s but after consulting with a friend, seh told me to post here for some real experts that might know exactly what this it!

Please any info let me know this is form that same estate and she ahs been out of country so who knows!

I have no ide on the material it is extreemly heavy and feels like cords woven together like,,,, small guitar strings lol? please ask qustions becasue I have never felt or seen a material like this or seen this style? TOTALY confused!!!!
 
lol i think it is more of a medium....to s small large....it is big on me and I wear mediums overall..... here is rouh measurement...with a reg tape measure :-( i cant find my seamstress tape so I am using a metal one.. i will prob post it on sat! :-)unless..... SHoulders ar 15" from seam to seam but 17" from shoulder pad to shoulder pad (small built in ones under the lining) Breast (since it really doesnt have a bust) 43-44" laid down shut. bottom (would be hip area) is 46-47" and sleeve length (from top of shoulder seam) is 23" sleeves cuffs are 9" ...hope that helps.... it kinda swallows me .. I can take a pic with me wearing it if you wish, if it fit me nicely I would prob keep it.Thats what I am doing with the estate keeping what fits and selling the rest :-) lol

Hope that chears you up.. I have no idea on fabric though and it appears to have an overall "dinge" I dont know if it is soiling, fabric fade due to age, or just the fabric
