Age and style of Gucci shoes

Hi,

I found these lovely vintage Gucci shoes at a really cool used clothing store yesterday in Montreal and I’m wondering approximately how old they are and what to call this style of shoe. From the Label Ressource, I’m guessing they’re from the 80s and would I be correct in thinking these are a type of loafer? I love the horsebit detail and the moc toe. Any help would be appreciated!

Those look 1970s to me.

Thank you for your reply! I wasn't exactly sure because from my research, a lot of listings with label this say 70s, but I just wanted to check. Would you possibly also have any tips for sprucing them up/cleaning them?

I'd guess early 70's. I used to wear Gucci shoes just like that, perhaps a bit more pointed, when I was dressing up ... and they were always tight on my toes.
