Age of this wedding dress?

I just found this wedding dress at the thrift store and I'm pretty sure it's from the 1950s but I'd just like to get some expert opinions on it. It's silk, with many layers of heavy, stiff tulle under the skirt. The cuffs are at an angle. Metal zipper, pinked seams and union label that apparently was used from 1956-1968 according to the label resource. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
