Oh I thought I was getting the hang of it, then I went to list this one and I'm not sure - help please :help: the tag says it's size 3 but it measures like a size 8, the brand is Shana, it's 100% Rayon and made in the USA...here she is...thank you again...sorry, I am getting better I promise I am Someday I may even be able to help someone else (hopefully!)

I would be surprised if that is any earlier than the late 90s.
