Aging Charro Pants

Curious on these. The person who gave them to me wouldn’t fit into these. They bought them as a set and the jacket was a perfect fit! The pants unfortunately were way too small. She bought them at an estate sale that had several decades of garments. I was thinking 50’s-60’s but would love someone else’s opinion.

Those are old mariachi pants, probably 40s (if you go by the zipper).
