:headbang: yeah I just won these for a whole $30.00 and some change....

Shoes are difficult for me. They were listed as 50s 60s but don't hink they are 60s.... I kinda feel older with the toe, but I don't know thee heel shapes. Actually I can easily believe 60s, but I am guessing here.

Regardless they are for personal wear but I am curious of the date....

This one is kind of easy because it has the stiletto heel which only becomes that thin in about 1955 but the toe is still round, which is replaced by the sharp pointed toe in late 1956. There is a cross over period of time when this could have been made, although ideally they date from about 1956 when the combination of that toe and heel is fashionable, but they might be from 1960 but using the older fashioned round toe - you do see round toes still available into the early 1960s in store catalogues, well past their high fashion 'use by' date.

My guess would've been mid-50's. I just wanted to say it 'cause I got 'proud' that I was spot on. LOL
